A LIBRA POEM
Diplomatic one, balance you are
May this well take you far
Harmony is always your goal
High ambition of your balancing soul
Balance of justice, judging the souls.
Loving all the things of beauty
With the others you involve yourself deeply
And if a problem is at hand
You prefer the means of reason and mind
The balance of justice is judging the souls.
Good and bad, light and dark
With balance is lit your spark
But you, oh balanced one, take care
Not everything’s ’bout « fair and square »
With the balance of justice are judged the souls.
I know, it pains
But decision’s required many times
But once you’ve overcome your shadow inside
Oh, see how the heavens open wide!
Balance, balance of justice! You’re judging the souls.
